E-QUAL (Enhancing Quality) is committed to improving the quality of services for people with a disability.

We do this by:

• Consulting with people with disabilities about what they think of the quality of services and facilities.
• Providing advice to organisations about how they can improve their services and facilities.
• Providing training for people with a disability about their rights and how to exercise them.
• Providing training for staff of government, non-government and private organisations about quality services for people with a disability.
